Mighty Hunter

Kyle has decided that he wants to be hunter, so on Saturday he got to take hunter safety.

Now he is officially ready to go hunting!

The Princess and the Frog

Today Kyla and I had a girls outing while Kyle went and watched football.

We went to The Princess and the Frog..... She loved it

After the movie and 2 bags of popcorn later she was one happy little girl.

Kyla Turns 6

Our little princess is growing up. Kyla is no longer 5 going on 16 she is now 6 going on 21.

We had a little birthday party all planned for her but just her luck she came down with the flu. So at the last minute we had to cancel.

School Happenings

So I know I am a little behind on this but hey it's better late then never!

For Thanksgiving the school had a little Thanksgiving feast. They had all the kids make Pilgrims hats and everyone brought something for the menu.

For one week the school the school had literacy week where they kids spent most of their time reading and either a parent or older sibling came in and read a book to the class. One day they were able to wear the PJ's to school and spent the entire day reading. They built a worm that started at the front of the school and for every book the students read they added a part to the worm. They made it all the way around the school!

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving morning Kyle gave me my Christmas present. (I know he is a little early) Any way he gave me a gun so me, Kyle, Tori, Chris and my dad went out shooting.

I think I hit 5 out of my 30 targets. LOL

Seeing if they actually shot their target. By the time they went up to check there was enough holes from all of us shooting that they were able to claim a couple of them.

Sunday Drive

So last Sunday Kyle and I took Iggy and Jewels for a ride and we went down to the river! I finally found a peacefully/beautiful place in Mesquite. The little one LOVED IT and are demanding that we go back every weekend!
